BoardSource.  Seeks to advance the public good by building exceptional nonprofit boards and inspiring board service. Supports and promotes excellence in board service as the premier source of cutting-edge thinking and resources related to nonprofit boards and engages and develops the next generation of board leaders.

Disaster News Network.  Covers work of organizations engaged in long-term recovery and features Volunteer Recruitment Page.

Energize Inc.   Energize's Volunteer Management Resource Library creates and selects the most relevant, innovative resources in volunteer management and distributes to voluntary organizations.  

Florida Interfaiths Networking in Disaster
(FIND).
  A coalition of faith-based organizations
partnered with allied agencies and each other which promotes networking to prepare Florida's communities for disaster.  Following disasters, it facilitates spiritual and long term practical aid. 

National Disaster Interfaiths Network (NDIN).  A national network of disaster interfaith organizations working together to reduce disaster-caused human suffering through the exchange of information and cooperative support. 

National Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster (NVOAD).  A nonprofit membership organization founded in 1970 in response to Hurricane Camille on the Gulf Coast. Members of NVOAD include national nonprofit organizations with programs in disaster preparedness, response and/or recovery.

New York Disaster Interfaith Services (NYDIS).  A 501(c)(3) faith-based federation of service providers and charitable organizations which work in partnership to provide disaster readiness, response, and recovery services to New York City.

North Carolina Interfaith Disaster Response.  Members of faith groups throughout the state of North Carolina. committed to respond together in a coordinated process to disasters.

Terrebonne Recovery & Assistance Coalition (TRAC).  A community based 501c3 organization formed in 1992 to address the long-term recovery issues of Hurricane Andrew in Louisiana. Works in the areas of long-term disaster recovery, disaster preparedness education, residential mitigation and education assistance.  Co-founder and coordinator of Bayou Area Readiness & Recovery.
